The AirGen series RACK ZA FID is able to remove the total hydrocarbons to less than 0.05 ppm from the external compressed Air. Very compact, the RACK ZA FID Air can purify up to 50 L/min of compressed Air and can bear a pressure up to 6.5 bar (94 PSI). The filtration of the hydrocarbons is performed by using a catalytic oven filled with palladium. The reduction of hydrocarbons, including methane, and carbon monoxide decrease the background noise level and gives much better baseline stability, considerably increasing detector sensitivity and ensuring precise analytical results. High efficiency coalescing pre-filtration and post filtration of particulate size greater than 0.01 microns are used to prevent any kind of particles from entering the analytical device.
The RACK ZA FID has a very simple and efficient interface. It can also be managed by the HydroGen series and is ideal to supply Hydrocarbon free Air to FID detectors.

The Sonimix 2106 is based on the principle of gas flow through sonic nozzles and is built according the ISO 6145/6 standard. The Sonimix 2130 NOx converter tester has been designed to generate a stable NO2 concentration with a small reaction time. It is based on the sonic nozzles technology (ISO 6145-6 technology) and high stability pressure regulators.
The NOx converter tester is often used together with a multi-steps gas divider also based on sonic nozzles and high precision pressure regulators.

The SONIMIX 3030 is a 1-point dilution system designed for gas calibration and testing applications. Based on the principle of sonic nozzles with back pressure compensation, it ensures highly accurate and stable flow without the need for electronic regulation.
The unit is equipped with two manual 2/2 valves at the inlet and operates through a purely mechanical process, making it reliable and completely independent from ambient pressure or temperature variations.

The Sonimix 4001 is a stand alone ozone primary transfer standard able to generate ozone together with dry or wet air (optional) allowing to calibrate the ozone monitors in several points. It generates an outflow of 3 Nl/min air containing 10 to 1000 ppb O3, with stability and reproducibility of the concentration better than 1% relative. The extended range model generates 10 ppb to 10 ppm at 3 L/min and 10 ppm to 35 ppm at 0.9 L/min.
The Sonimix 4001 is using pressure regulator and sonic nozzles and an ozone generator including thermostatisation and regulation by UV light photometer measurement with atmospheric pressure and temperature corrections (US EPA method of UV absorption by ozone, Beer-Lambert law). The ozone analyser is built with 1 reference UV light detectors that measure in alternance the UV intensity without any ozone and then the same UV light but through the generated ozone. With these 2 values, the processor calculates the amount of ozone generated.
