The HydroGen series HGA RACK 19” 2U PRO is able to generate up to 600 cc/min Hydrogen with purity better than 99.99999% and pressure up to 16 bar (232 PSI). An AirGen output can deliver hydrocarbon free pure Air with a flow up to 2000 cc/min. The HGA RACK 19 inch 2U PRO includes an electrolytic cell with polymeric membrane (PEM) using distilled water. The two-column PSA drying system with automatic regeneration ensures the maximum grade of hydrogen purity, and is completely maintenance-free.
The HGA RACK 19 inch 2U PRO is the ideal Hydrogen and Air Generator for all GC-FID detectors. The on-board CPU constantly controls the operating parameters to guarantee full safety. The touch-screen LCD interface provides simple and user-friendly management of all functions on the unit.

The HydroGen series HGA ST BASIC is able to generate up to 600 cc/min of Hydrogen with purity better than 99.9999% and pressure up to 10 bar (145 psi). An AirGen output can deliver hydrocarbon free pure Air with a flow up to 2000 cc/min. The HGA ST BASIC includes a new long life multilayer electrolytic cell with polymeric membrane (PEM) using distilled water. No acid or alkaline solutions are used.
The innovative drying system ensures the maximum grade of hydrogen purity, protects the GC thanks to its innovative humidity safe guard, HGA ST BASIC is completely maintenance-free and allows continuous operation, 24 hours a day.
The on-board CPU automatically checks for internal leaks and constantly controls the operating parameters to guarantee full safety. Up to 20 units can be connected in parallel mode using an external control box.

NGA CASTORE XL iQ MPAES is a Nitrogen Generator with Membrane technology.

It is engineered to transform standard compressed air into a safe, regulated supply of Nitrogen up to 40 L/min with a purity up to 99.95% plus a second outlet of dry and clean air.  A special carbon filter is used to remove VOC.

The CASTORE XL iQ MPAES with its dual Nitrogen and Air outlets has been developed to meet specific requirements in term of gas, flow, purity and pressure for Agilent MP AES applications.

It can be used for LC-MS and the evaporation of solvents in samples being analysed.

The new iQ generators are equipped with an innovative direct drive motor-scroll compressor system (oil less) with inverter technology.

The exclusive electronic flow control combined with the compressor control by the inverter allows to generate Nitrogen with a higher purity using a smaller volume at less pressure of air which results in reduced energy costs and increase the life time of the compressor. Continuous control of the operating parameters of Nitrogen allows to maintain the system at its maximum efficiency.
