The Sonimix 2106 is a gas mixer mainly used to calibrate and linearize gas monitors and to generate specific gas mixtures .
The Sonimix 2106 is based on the principle of gas flow through sonic nozzles and is built according the ISO 6145/6 standard. The sonic nozzle principle makes it the most accurate and stable device on the market. It generates binary mixtures from 0 to 100% in fixed steps in a pure mechanical process without electronic regulation and without any influence from ambient pressure or temperature.
The touch-screen LCD interface provides simple and user-friendly management of all functions on the unit.

The Sonimix 7100 is based on the principle of gas flow through MFC (Mass Flow Controllers) and is built according the ISO 6145/7 standards. This instrument provides a very high flexibility allowing to combine multigas mixtures (up to 5 gases + a balance gas) and multi-range functionality.

Each mass flow controller is factory calibrated in 10 points by a traceable primary standard.
The SONIMIX 3030 is a 1-point dilution system designed for gas calibration and testing applications. Based on the principle of sonic nozzles with back pressure compensation, it ensures highly accurate and stable flow without the need for electronic regulation.
The unit is equipped with two manual 2/2 valves at the inlet and operates through a purely mechanical process, making it reliable and completely independent from ambient pressure or temperature variations.
This model has been designed for applications that request only 1 concentration. The advantage is being the use of high concentration cylinders (pure, in %, ppm or ppb) and dilute it up to 1/1000.
This method will increase the gas stability and save the consumption of the expensive gas.
